The survey and quote process

Getting a quote for our solar products involves several steps, with no work on your part. Here’s what happens:

  1. We'll speak to you on the phone with very basic questions to ascertain your house's compatibility with our solar products
  2. We send a qualified surveyor to inspect your house when it most suits you, checking for things such as roof structure, water mains pressure and flow rates for solar thermal products, and the electricity board for solar PV panels
  3. A risk assessment is prepared to ensure it's safe to work on the roof, in the attic and other places where necessary
  4. We complete the systems design, components list, scaffolding design and any other details necessary
  5. You receive the written quote from the full inspection and design.
